The above statement "email sent to CPPO to Locate med results" was a note in my GCMS notes. I was just wondering if this is normal?

Thanks for all your help!

It's possible that your med results were not entered into the system when you originally applied or for some other reason are not showing up on the VO's end, so they've sent an email to Ottawa to confirm/enter the results. I wouldn't call it "normal", but it's not unheard of and isn't cause for alarm.

Thanks!

It does make sense because originally we going to apply inland. My husband phone the doctors office afterwards to change to Outland and they said no problem.

That could be a problem, because when we do medical we need to fill up a column about visa office. That visa office is very important part in that form. I would say check your doctor what they have in record. I think Ottawa medical processing centre might have forwarded your medical to Vegriville, AB.

They were having issues locating my medical results.

I emailed them the date, hospital it was done at and the doctor who did the tests, they were able to locate the medical results a few days after and tie it to my file. You probably want to do the same.
