Email from CIC to confirm the residential address

My biometric collection was completed on Sept 30, 2020 and the overall progress of my express entry application is now around 87%. I received an email from CIC to confirm my current residential address, what does this mean?

Given the current process for inland applicants, you seem to be close to PPR
