This forum has been of great help during my long wait for the PR card. I received it today. Here is my timeline....

We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 4, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 18, 2016.
We started processing your application on March 19, 2016.
Email for secondary review received on April 21, 2016.
Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on January 12, 2017.

Honestly, it was a tough holiday for me, a roller coaster of emotions and stressful days. But lately, I've been smiling seeing you guys received your card or approval notice. Not only that I am very happy for you but it's giving us hope also that one day our turn will come.

Hi everyone, I followed this thread since a while now and get always excited when someone close to my date of Second Review receives their PR Card.
Here is my time line

Application send - June 8th
Receipt of application - July 27
Processing start of application - July 28
Notification about Second Review - Aug 30

I do hope I will be receive my PR Card before I am leaving for my journey in May. Fingers crossed.

Here below is the timeline for my family member, there are two applications in the same envelop to IRCC, but the timeline for PR card sent to my home is different with mine. Mine is Jan. 11, 2016

1.We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 26, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 16, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on March 16, 2016.
4.Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on January 16, 2017.

The secondary review letter were received in April, 2016, and the PR card is received today, I originally thought the PR cards will send out on the same day, but actually, this is not the case.

I guessed the May secondary review file will be approved soon, wishing to heard more good news in coming weeks.
