Hi all.
I have a quick question.
If I was once a PR but had PR status revoked due to not living required number of days in Canada, am I eligible to apply for Express Entry (Federal Skilled)?

Thanks for help.

You can reapply, but be prepared for more intensive scrutiny about your intentions to actually live in Canada this time.
I don't think IRCC cares about this at all. At least I've never seen it come up as an issue on these forums. As long as the person qualifies and meets all of the requirements, they should have absolutely no issues being approved. They will be treated the same as a first time applicant.

Thanks for your reply. I was concerned about 'Admissibility' criteria of eligibility.

One of the reasons one may be inadmissible is
failure to comply with any provision of IRPA

"Examples of failure to comply with IRPA include:
  • permanent residents who haven’t lived in Canada for the required amount of time"
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons.html

I am no longer a PR and my status was officially revoked, not sure of this inadmissibility still applies.

Nobody here can do anything more than speculate so if you are serious about immigration all you can really do is apply again if you qualify and see what happens. Sure if your status was revoked as opposed to renounced you might get a bit more scrutiny or additional questions, nobody here can of course predict anything, there may be nothing extra at all, so you need to apply and see what happens.
