Yes my dear friend. Its only matters if the VO really reads my covering letter in which i have clearly explained to check the work permit petition letter where my roles and responsibility is mentioned. so if the Vo reads this and look into the petition letter then he might consider it otherwise if he goes blindly with the employment letter without looking into the covering letter and supporting document then he may send a QUERY.

My application is also in a state Review required for eligibility but when i check the GCMS file it is not stated that the responsibilities and job duties is the issue. Also none of the VO had contacted me for the additional documentation yet and the applicants with my timelines ( July applicant ) are doing medicals since January. So I am interested to know for people in the similar situation : is it clearly stated in your GCMS file that responsibilities are not adequate for NOC? Or how did you find that out?

No where in the GCMS notes its clearly mentioned in my case that review required is due to LOE does not contains roles & responsibility. BUT By reading the notes where in one line it says that the roles and responsibility is not mentioned in the LOE. apart from that nothing i see which can be a concern. so I have concluded that review required is due to this point. nevertheless as i mentioned its not clearly stated that review required is due to that.

sent the LOE in Jan after reading the GCMS note after that no update. criminality in progress security not started

In my case, my spouse was back home, so it took extra time to do the background check.

When I applied my spouse was back home. she arrived as my dependent when my file was under process. I informed CIC about that and also sent the copy of VISA and WP of my spouse.

When they done first review, my spouse was already here in Canada with me.

Ask your MP's office to do the follow up with CIC about what concern the VO has about your case.

I am also the same land.. VO is recommended for duties and responsibilities. for the same i send the supporting doc with LOE.
