    Being PA, I was told to do my landing first in order for my spouse to get the CoPR and passport. So, I did my landing first and my spouse got his CoPR after a week.

    CIC usually send the request through email if you have it on the file. Even through regular mail, It should not take more than 1 week. You better call them and ask them that you have not received any mail.
