well yeah I did and what I saw is RR on my eligibility and they cut 40 points for canadian employment. that was 2 weeks ago, I immediately contacted the HR and requested a detailed job description and sent it. that was about 4 days ago. so now I'll wait for their acknowledgment of the new letter and for the officer to review it if possible
Hi can I ask you something did you get your BOWP approved while your eligibility under review required. I have to apply for my BOWP my WP will be expiring on August and my eligibility is still under review required. Any idea will cic approves BOWP for applicants under review required stat. Please advise thank you

Called CIC today and the agent said that my application is in RR. My work permit expired on April 8th and have applied for BOWP. Also, my application is in Edmonton. For now, just staying positive.

Hi wish I had the same positivity you had. My application is also in Edmonton. RR for eligibility. My WP is also expiring on August so I need to apply for BOWP. Did you get any response on your BOWP

Yeah well I agree with you, but an Immigration consultant told me they won't consider your new letter, I was wondering why the officer would ignore it? I mean we make mistakes! but I don't know. I decided not to withdraw because basically I can't, I am on implied status and waiting for BOWP!

Hey, don't withdraw your application. IRCC will absolutely consider your updated documentation that you send using the web form. It may delay your application but I highly highly doubt they'll reject it when you're proactively adding more information that will make processing easier for them. Unless you get a rejected decision, do not withdraw.

So sorry to hear that. Have you ordered another set of GCms note?
Ordering gcms dint made any progress in my case. In fact last two gcms notes I ordered came out the same. So it’s not worth. Just waiting for them to make a decision. What’s your status?!

Yeah I don't think ordering GCMS notes affects processing time at all, lol. I think the best times to order GCMS are right after medicals are passed and right after the first status change for the background check.

A lawyer told me the same thing.. to withdraw for a NOC code technicality. In the end, it comes down to how we value our own efforts and time. I trust that everything else in my application is accurate, so I just proactively sent them an revised reference letter that better corresponds with the chosen NOC code. I can't imagine an officer rejecting my application on the grounds of late submission, considering he'd already have the updated information on hand that would make me eligible for approval!

Oh I see. I also don’t think that ordering gcms could affect on the application process at all. Just wanted to see if they have make any progress after you submitted the additional documents.
