Eligibility not started security not started...anyone can tell me whats going on?

My file is at NDVO since March 2018 and nothing has happened. Not been touched since then. Both eligibility n security not started. 10 months have passed for the application and its just been silent.

I know many people at NDVO stuck like this with no progress for months and no activity. GCMS and webforms have yielded no results. Anyone knows why this is the situation? Super frustrating.

Did you receive an ADR? Can you share your GCMS notes?

No ADR. Nothing out of the ordinary on gcms. They were satisfied with work exp etc. Review required for proof of funds.

I wish i knew the answer to that. I submitted Bank letter + 6 months statement + fixed deposit statements. Post the gcms i have even submitted another updated pof.

Ya there is no way of contacting them. They(NDVO) dont respond to emails or webform enquiries

Both current balance and average balance in bank letter were greater than required amount?

Yes. For files outside canada the call centre reps do not give information.

That's weird. The only thing I can think of is they have some doubt about the veracity of your documents. Nothing you can do but hang tight as they verify.

We are also in the same state with eligibility and security not started. File is with ndvo since Feb 2018. From Ottawa central office there was note written that review is required for pof and transferred the file to ndvo. As per the latest gcms we are in some economic eligibility not started queue.

We are also not sure of how to proceed further as ndvo is not at all responding.
