I just got the invite for the Eligibility interview in Montreal office for Aug. 18th.
- first Applied Jan 2021
- AOR Jan 2021
- Medical done Feb 2021
- applied separately for Work permit in March 2021.
- Biometrics done and passport taken away in March 2021.

Me too. Applied 29th of January 2021.
Medicals and biometrics done in March 2021.
Today I received the Interview Notice scheduled for August 23th.
Montreal as well.

Don’t worry about it that much. Unless you have a criminal record most are eligible and it is not a big deal. The hearing is the big deal. Good to hear that the eligibility hearing are finally picking up.

I don't have any news for the study and work permit though.

Hi all.I'm also in Montreal. How its possible you all did biometric within month or two. I have only Acceptance of Claim and did Medical examination in April, still no any action further. Are you work with lawyer or you submit your docs yourself?! My lawyer said we need to wait. What shall I do?

My lawyer told me that they will send about 3 weeks after the interview

Without status update on IRCC, and they sent directly to the mail? That's good to know.

I applied in September 2020 first, and then never received anything. Then I got AOR in May..
I found everyone's timeline is so different.
For the eligibility interview, did they tell you the waiting time when you did you biometric?
Though they say only use Epost for sending files, but I sent them reminders for my eligibility interview and found out they forgot to update my file since May! Because of my reminder message in the Epost, I got the file corrected and got interview scheduled finally.

Hope this is not your case. Good luck on having interview soon!

It has been taking much longer than 3 weeks to get a WP although maybe they have gotten faster recently.

Really dont know maybe the lawer will update it but he says they send it without applying for it

After you send what they ask for, how long it took to schedule your interview?
