Eligibility for PR

Hi,

Till now, have 1.3 years IT work experience in Canada and to confirm I am full time employee here.

Can someone please let me know the required eligible conditions to get PR here.

Also, please let me know the minimum IELTS score to be attained for IT skilled worker to get PR.

If you have more than one year of skilled work experience in Canada, why don't you apply for PR through the Canadian Experience Class program?

I'm having few more queries regarding Federal skilled worker program.

1 year back through international intra-company transfer, joined in Canada as Permanent employee as 'Computer analysts & consultants' in IT company.

1)Whether I will be eligible to apply PR using this federal skilled worker program?
2)Can anyone please confirm do my job profile 'Computer analysts & consultants' is considered in skilled worker program?
3)Also, please suggest required documents from my employer?
