Eligibility for permanent residency ??

Hallo guys me and my wife both are in toronto she completed her studies in business accounting 2 year diploma (she applied right after 12th grade from india with no work experience) shes now on pgwp and im on spouse open work permit both of our visas going to expire in 1.3 years. She got the the job in noc 0 health managers (She worked 3 months in noc B too before this ) shes been working from a year in this occupation her employer is ready to support her in all immigration matters.
• which stream we should apply

• we tried in international student didn’t get the chance and its not opening and its too hard to submit file in this.

•job offer foreign worker she need 2 years experience

•can we apply in fedral worker stream?

• we also thought about moving to atlantic provinces for pilot programs but it hard to leave good jobs im working in noc B job too And plus i have family here My grandparents who are permanent residents

please i would really appreciate if you guys help us to decide with 1.5 years experience which stream we should go for thanks

To apply through the federal worker stream you must apply under Express Entry. To be selected under Express Entry, you need to have around 470 points. Do you know how many points you have? Based on the information provided, I expect it's not enough.

I don't think Ontario is an option for your wife since she doesn't have a degree.

I have searched a little about federal worker stream it was stated there you need 67 points out of 100 and 1 year experience under noc 0 A or B she has ielts with 6.5 and noc 0 job .

67 is the minimum under the FSW points structure to qualify. You then have to calculate the number of CRS points to determine your chances of being selected out of the candidate pool. Right now you need to have around 470 points to be selected. Information on CRS points can be found here:
