Eligibility for OHIP

I apply for PR on 25 November 2021 and my application is still under process. I shifted to Ontario on 22 September 2022 on super visa. My 153 days complete on 22 February 2023. Can I apply for OHIP and if yes what documents are required.

Then no, you don't qualify. You have to wait until you have PR.

But I read some where that if you apply for PR and you are in Ontario for 153 days of first 183, days you are qualify for OHIP if your PR application still not rejected.

No such rule exists.

How did you apply for PR? Were you sponsored by one of your children through PGP?

You need to wait until you are officially a PR before you can apply for OHIP. You do not qualify for OHIP while waiting.

If you are on a supervisa you must continue purchasing supervisa insurance until you have PR. Failure to do so would mean you aren’t meeting the conditions of your supervisa.
