strange.. CIB issued the certificate in 2 hours in my case with no hassle, Mall of Arabia branch

Thats what I'm telling Mhmd, they have the statement we need. it depends on the customer service clerk and some of them like to skip every customer to the next without doing real work, and they're used to it cause for example I have a friend who works at a bank, she once had 50 customers in one day, one of them was a man who waited two hours then asked her to check how much money is in his account, when she told him you can do that through the atm he said 'he wanted to be sure'...

Shabab,
Regarding to the police certificate of mine, it doesn't not show my fingerprint for 3 fingers completely, noting that the result is " there is no criminal records".
Plz advise.

Thanks,

Hey Guys,

I had to open my USD account one month ago for the reasons we all know, I also had the funds as a gift from my dad.

Will it be acceptable for IRCC if only a one month statement is sent along with a letter of explanation justifying my reasons and describing the current situation in Egypt?

Thanks in advance,

first provide a gift deed from your dad, secondly, provide any bank statement even in EGP from your accounts before that if possible.. other than that u just have to play your odds and pray :D

Hi guys,

Do you know whether I can add my apartment value which I didn't sell yet to the proof of funds or not? Also, could I change the proof of funds amount after getting an ITA?

Proof of funds has to be monetary transferable money. So either in check or bank accounts. However, I would still write about the apartment as additional funds that you will use. I did that when I applied for oinp.
If you change the proof of funds amount you need to explain why, for example I had same case as the devaluation affected the amount I quoted in Canadian dollars for them. So I had to explain it. But you have to make sure you meet the minimum amount for proof of funds. I hope that helped.

Hi guys,

I live in Gulf country, do you have any idea how to get the finger printing from here and to whom we should refer to and what are the needful stamps inorder to be readyfor e-Apr?
Also how to translate it into English.
I heard that i should submit two fingertips one from Egypt n the other is from my residency country, do you know what should I do?

Guys please anyone with experience help me....

I got ITA on Dec 22, now I need a police record, the website of the consulate says it takes two months to arrive from Egypt!!!!

Beside the concern that my invitation may expire before it arrives, I seriously need to have my PR done before Oct 2017, so don't want to wait at least 2 months for the police record before I submit the application then 6 months till the decision is made then landing etc...

Isn't there anyway to speed up the police record? please if anyone has an experience, your help would be greatly appreciated, it is a very important matter...

Thanks

If you are worried about the time given to submit documents, I think now its 90 days which is long enough, but you'd need to apply for it asap (and keep the proof that you applied, like a receipt or anything similar) just in case it comes after your deadline you'd have proof that you applied to it and the delay wasn't you fault.

From what I understand you need Egypt's PCC but you live out of egypt right?
You could fly to Egypt and have it done so fast, if time is your most important factor.

I don't know where you live but I had a friend who did it in Egypt's embassy in Kuwait and it took a month

I live in Canada, and while time is crucial for me, money is equally important :(...I'm a student and cant really afford going to Egypt at the moment...

Well I don't really see any possible way beside waiting, ask them at the embassy if there's any way to speed it up since in Egypt there's always a way lol
