Stamps are rhe only missing stuff
Only signed :(

Didn't stamp mine and the signature was more than enough.

Hey shabab,

Is the contract is enough as a proof of employment for a past job. I have lost contact with the employer and I couldn't get experience letter. I am planning to say so in the LOE.

Thanks

no its not enough. you will be rejected. loe will not be enough. if you are claiming points for this job, you have to provide more evidence. try getting the experience letter (with the required details) from an ex co-worker, and have it notarized, and a loe.

I will not claim any points toward this job, it is just for work history. Do I still need to have it?

If you're not claiming points for it, then an LOE is sufficent. Had the same problem with one of my jobs and this method was acceptable. Just mentuon that you couldn't get in touch with them.

Thanks Doda

Do I have to provude a LOE, for my current job even if I'm not claiming points for it? What about travel history, I lost my old passport do I have to provide an LOE for that too?

I provided the contract for my current job as I was just hired before submitting my application and there was no way of me getting a reference letter.
I provided an LOE stating the above just in case.

But I thought if you place it on your activity log that's enough as long as not claiming points for it

If you mention your current work in your work history, the application will generate a field for that particular work that you have to provide documentation for. You can omit it from your work history but you have to mention it in your personal history, which may cause problems of inconsistency between both histories.
Regarding your travel history, Only provide your latest passport. Old passports are not required,

But what if I'm not able to get a reference letter dear?

When I said documentation, I meant at least a LOE. You can't submit your application without uploading all the documents to all the fields generated in your eAPR.

Another question if I didn't mention it in the application, if I post it on my personal history, will that cause a problem

draft one yourself and try to have a colleague or a manager sign it for you and include his email, phone, and business card
