Is a sell of land acceptable as a source of fund with less that 6 months obviously since the sale occurred last December? the advance is more than the minimum funds and the remainder being paid on installments. (I included the sale contract translated by certified translator).
Yes. That's an acceptable source of course.

Yes. That's totally acceptable. Actually it is more acceptable than a gift deed. Good luck.

Do you mean bank account or the selling deed? Both cases should be fine. You're proving to CIC that you're willing to leave Egypt for good by converting your solid assets to liquid currency.

both are dated dec 2015, the sale was just because I got a good deal , not really related to leaving ;)

But CIC doesn't know that. In their eyes you're prepared to leave the country. Why is your bank account so new. I don't think it should make any problems. When is you application due?

Awesome. You still have plenty of time for that account to age properly. Good luck :)

Guys... CIC checks the accounts as follows:

1- They check that you have the required amout
2- They check that you had not large sums moved into your accounts for last 6 months
3- They ask for explanation for any such sums
4- They might check during application to see if they are there.

If the account is new, they would require explanation for source of money, say it is another account it should have details too, say it is a sale of assets you should send translated contract, and so on....

experience letters alone are enough, in their required format. anything else is just supportive, and not mandatory!

The reference letter must be:

•Written on company letterhead
•Signed by the responsible officers/supervisor
•Have the printed name and job title of the responsible officer/supervisor beneath the signature
•Show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses
•Stamped with the company’s official seal (if applicable)

The letter must include 5 things:
•Your job title
•The dates of your employment (ideal format: DD/MM/YYYYY)
•Your salary per year
•Your average hours/week
•A detailed list of your employment duties.

You must provide proof of each of your current and previous work experiences.

Your evidence should include a reference letter from your employer and previous pay stubs, where available.

The reference letter is an official document printed on company letterhead and must include your name, the company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company and a business card of the person signing the letter. The letter should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.

You must scan all documents for this work experience and save them as one file. (Each work experience requires a separate file.)"
