the safest is to do it at the government, not all that sure about translation offices to be honest

I came to found that a lot of offices do it and a consultant said its ok,he is a consultant outside of egypt so not sure if his advice is ok or not,but my plan was to translate them and stamp them at the embassy

the embassy won't stamp anything unless it's stamped first by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and MOFA won't stamp anything which is not issued by the government.

anyway the embassy stamp is not needed at all

And about the translation i translate every page at an office for 40 LE so I'd say thats about right, as long as the translation office is recognized by the embassy and official

Yes, for dentistry that would be your choice for the 5 years of professional study
Im not sure though if the masters degree would add any points, i only have the bachelor's

I just checked, whether you choose professional degree to practice in a licensed profession or masters degree you'll get the same points, if wes has assessed and accepted them both then I'd say go with the masters, being your last obtained degree
