For all of you. Dont think that CIC call centre have no information. They knows almost everything. When you call them they will say 19th june for rule implementation. 99% they are answering the same 19th june date. They cannot misguide OR give false statement to everyone in canada. So within 19th June to maximum 2nd July rule will implement, if not then this will implement in 2016 becoz of Elections.
The CIC call centre is not reliable source of information, look only at this topic how many different dates and months they are giving... oh and all of the dates are confirmed according to the call centre clerks.

Dear this is not true. They are giving 19th june to every caller. I personally call 16 times in last 2 months and my 7 friends also call them and some of my family members and every time they give 19th june 2015. So this is not true that they are giving different dates I challange all of you. You all can call tommorrow and you will see the same date 19th june 2015.
I just want to clear all of you that dont think that CIC call centre are misguiding to everyone in canada.

I don't blame the call centre that they are giving different guesses.
The real issue is why there is still nothing official to say finally which is the real cut off date? Look at the calendar we are approaching May already.

Dear call centre is not giving different dates. Secondly there is no official and they will not give you any notice. May be they will give very short notice for just 1 or 2 weeks not more than this.
I think they will officially announced in cic news letter in first week of June that rule is implementing on 19th June 2015.
Without official confirmation on the site of the Parliament or CIC website or the Gazette any information is pure speculation.

Unfortunately it's not official .
To those who trust the call centre clerks without any official confirmation from the government I would give advice to make your plans according to what the centre clerk is giving you.
But the rest of the people want to see the real cut off date officially confirmed and written down.

My information from the supervisors is about different month and date , what's why I just can't accept that they are saying the real cut off date.
I give more priority from what I know from the supervisors and meanwhile I'm curious if they are right.
But I agree lets calm all the people when we say that the cut off date will be definitely be 19th of June and may this topic go to the archive.
