can any one please help me ?

i have exactly 3 years work experience in a company. i was hired as a marketing manager and then after 1 year promoted as the head of marketing in the same company. These 3 years fall under the same NOC CODE
0124 - Advertising, marketing and public relations managers

My question is can i just show this work experience in my EE profile to get the maximum points? i can also support this with a valid reference letter from the company or do i need to add all the jobs that i have done in the last 10 years to get max points ?

No need to show all the jobs. I also claimed points only for 1 job because it was enough to get the score I needed.

You will, however, need to show all your jobs in the personal history section of your application but you won’t have to provide any proof or documents as you won’t be claiming points for them

Hey thankyou for the help .. I did my masters and graduated in 2014 , however the current job I am doing started in August 2016 .. won’t it cause an issue in my application ? Because I don’t want to claim points for the job I did immediately after graduation .. I only want to claim points for my current job that I have been doing since 3 years

That's alright. The job I included, started 4 years after my graduation. Just make sure that you include everything in the personal history section, so that there are not time gaps.

Thankyou .. one more thing .. in the personal history section when you were filling all the jobs to cover the gaps did you provide reference letters or proofs for these jobs as well ? Or not

That's the good thing about personal history section. You don't need to provide anything if you're not claiming the points for that job.

Reference letters / proof's are not needed for activities mentioned under Personal History.

You're welcome!;)

Hey can you help me with 1 more thing ? ... i am the primary applicant and applying with my wife. Our combined score is 466 . The CIC Points calculator doesn't ask for my wife " foreign skilled work experience".

My question is that while filling the EE Profile , should i add my wife's work history or not? she does have a work history but i dont want to show it if it is not adding to our points because it will be a hassle for my wife to arrange reference letters etc. Or should i add her work history regardless?

No, you can skip your dependent spouse's work history section but make sure you still provide the correct information in the personal history section. My spouse was in the same company as me at the time we applied and we filled only my work history section.

thankyou . yes i will provide all her information in the personal history section of the profile. Also, we dont need to show any proof of work for work mentioned under the personal history section right?
