NOC CONFUSION - MARKETING

need help . i have worked in the same company for 3 years. I was hired as a marketing manager but then promoted to head of marketing after 1 year. My question is will my NOC be
"0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers" ? . please help

Hey 1 more question if you can help . Do I mention only the work experience of my latest job which is 3 years or do we have to include all jobs in last 10 years in EE profile ?

One job at 3 years does the job for max points in the profile. You may add more, it's upto you. It won't make any difference to the profile.
Also, after recieving ITA, you will disclose all life events when they ask for personal history. So you'll have to mention previous jobs there. (I'm not sure if later mentioned jobs need any experience letters)
