Checked with my lawyer on the online status (in process, waiting on applicant, etc.) of my file. Didn't get a clear response (as usual), and just that 'there's no update'...

I do have a question for the seniors. Lets say (God forbid) my application does not come through this time around and I choose to submit the file on my own for the next intake, would I need to cancel the previously submitted Legal Representation form and notify SINP of this, or does it get cancelled on it own when the file is closed?

Why will the Representative work for your second Application without Fee? What he is bitten by a mad dog? They are naturally greedy. On the other hand, contract automatically cancel for other application.

I am aware of the terms and conditions of the Representative, which is why I would apply for the next intake 'on my own' and save on the cost of $1000. This of course is dependent on the outcome of the October 2016 intake and feedback received from SINP on my file.

I would suggest to wait for a while now.such things happen multiple times in this journey.
the thing is you dont have to worry since you have provided what was left.good luck
