How they verify job reference letter? is there any third party in every country that works for immigration to verify experience? Any idea?

Give your comments and opinions that why they are delaying July& OCT-EE applications and opening OID after every 15 20 days ?. What kind of situation Oct- EE applicants facing. Do any of them got their nominations or they are also in the same boat as JULY_EE.

yeah mostly July applicants are suffering from these delays.Lets hope those will be
decided by the end of this MOnth

What you are saying they dont verify Job experience letter with the actual company at the time of nomination and they only validate the details of letter.
Once they nominate, then CIC verify with the actual companies for the authentication of letter

Good Morning All,

Was looking through the myimmitracker website and noted that there hasn't been much activity in terms of nomination for the October EE batch. Moreover no nominations have taken place after the 10 Nov, with probably 6-7 applicants receiving their nominations. That said there could be applicants out there who are not registered on the myimmitracker website who have made some progress.

I guess the quickest way of getting your nomination is having all your documents in order. Unfortunately for me this wasn't the case as my representative did not upload my birth certificate and SINP also requested for a bank statement all the way upto the 12-Oct, which was only possible to provide at the end of the month. Hopeful the process for the Oct batch is expedited as the holidays are less than a month away.

I do have one question...Does the SINP intake for the year 2016 close and your application lapse if you do not receive your nomination before the 31 Dec 2016?

Yes I also observed the same that EE candidates hardly got nominated in Nov. Most nominations got in OID. However, I read that Immigration department works on Mon-Sat in full capacity. One of my friend asked for some clarification and they just replied it as they have considered but your application is in process stage because they are overloaded with so many applications.

i have NOC 6316, and have EE PROFILE with score of 410, can i apply under this stream or not, i mean under sinp INTERNATIONAL SKILLED WORKER category EE. Please advise.

I'm not too sure about how the whole review process works, but am guessing that of the 300 applicants there would be those whose documents were in order and received their nominations. Apart from nominated applications and also other than application which were rejected outright, there would be those whose applicants who are missing documents who are given 45 days to fill in the gaps. Keeping in mind SINPs workload and they could use this time to clear backlog applications and also review the OID applications (November) they are currently screening, I think they would not look at the EE applications (missing documents) till the 45 days have elapsed and then review the application at whatever state it is in (complete/incomplete), and arrive at their decision. I received my Letter for additional information on the 26 Oct, so my 45 days would end on the 9 Dec.

Will have to wait till then and see....

My application is In Process since 24th Oct and no any notification of additional docs. So we just use our analysis but surely all guessing. I have decided to follow Processing time of EE shown on SINP website which is 2.6 months i.e 78 days. No other option

I guess the issue related to EE system update that is taking place now in CIC, if my thought is right, SINP team will resume processing on hold applications and give nominations before end of this week in Shaa Allah.

Its hard trying to make sense on how the applications are being processed. Hopefully its because of the recent changes and resulting update in the EE system as you stated.

Btw does anyone know the total number of nominations issued by SINP in 2016 under the EE system till date?

I received a nomination from SINP today!
SINP had asked for additional docs (reference letters) around oct 24. i send that around Nov 20. got the nomination today.

this becomes much more real now. on to the next step now. ITA.
