I'm not too sure about how the whole review process works, but am guessing that of the 300 applicants there would be those whose documents were in order and received their nominations. Apart from nominated applications and also other than application which were rejected outright, there would be those whose applicants who are missing documents who are given 45 days to fill in the gaps. Keeping in mind SINPs workload and they could use this time to clear backlog applications and also review the OID applications (November) they are currently screening, I think they would not look at the EE applications (missing documents) till the 45 days have elapsed and then review the application at whatever state it is in (complete/incomplete), and arrive at their decision. I received my Letter for additional information on the 26 Oct, so my 45 days would end on the 9 Dec.
Will have to wait till then and see....
