My dear friend the only reason I can see is that this noc was filled in fsw 2014. Maybe this is the reason, try to link yourself to other noc and test it.

There is no NOC cap on FSW now with the new system.

My guess is language scores, perhaps they didn't achieve the minimum required?
Or work experience?

You need to do either IELTS/CELPIP for English or TEF for French.

You aren't eligible for EE or any of the programs without language test results.

A quick Google for 'IELTS Nigeria' gave this: https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/nigeria
Use that to find a test/testing centre.

need an advise. I have experience in 2171 and 2172. what is the recommended noc out of these 2 ? as I see lot of 2171 applications, will applying for 2172 help?

There is no requirement to enter the details for kids. However, you are asked to say how many members are in your family that will accompany you. You should include spouse, yourself and kids in that number.

The certificate number in WES certificate and reference number are same? I mean I dont have a copy of wes report, but when they finished their evaluvation hey send me one refernce code through which I can check the evaluation online. In that I didnt find any certificate number as such. So My question is can I use this refernce number as certificate number. Please advise

Yes - it is the same. I entered mine before I got my report in my hand and checked that it is the same.

I could register with my first name, last name ,email id and some security question. But after that I could not find any option to build my profile(I mean to give my experience, where you want to live, the kind of job you are looking for). Also how I will link my job bank to my EE Profile?

Hi,

when you open the link provided in the PDF.. there would be two options for you ..

chose the option on top (not the job seeker account).. there would be 4 steps to complete .. on step number 3, there would be a link on right top which would ask if you are EE applicant .. click that and provide your EE number and job verification code..

complete all the steps and check your EE profile.. it should say ACCEPTED against job bank registration ..

these are all the steps for now ..

everyone is waiting for further information regarding job bank and how to create your profile where you can define your work experience, preferred provinces..e tc

if it says ineligible, it will say ineligible.. if you don't mind share your profile here:
1. age
2. education (in Canada or outside)
3. noc and work experience (in Canada or outside) (for you and spouse)
4. relatives in Canada
5. IELTS/ CELPIP score (for you and spouse if applicable)
6. funds sufficiency
