EE Profile - Points Unchaged even after upgrade

Please guide me on how you got your report upgraded/ corrected.
I've raised an query from WES site ("contact us" link) but so far haven't received any reply.

Hi mtb,

I also did the same thing contacted them through the help page .
But later I called them also . They are very friendly , Try calling them

I did raise query to WES & received their reply today. They have now upgraded my Canadian equivalency to following -

Post Graduate Diploma (1 year)
Second Evaluation

First evaluation was - Bachelors' degree ( 4 years )

Can I now claim points for two degrees ?
