My EE got refused due to there is no duties and responsibilities mentioned in the letter even though I provided paystubs, T4, NOA

Oh shoot! Really sorry buddy, that sucks. Is it possible to appeal the decision somehow?

Did u provide an LOE stating as to why you couldn't provide roles and responsibilities? Or some sort of documentary proof showing you tried to get it?

I already explained in my LOE about that it is company standard policy so they want mention it and also provided HR info.

Sorry to hear this bro..

Did you claimed 50 points for the job offer? Are you in ICT?

Unfortunately there is not much advice to give, this just goes to show the importance of having duties/responsibilities so the officer can match them to the NOC chosen.

IMO re-create your profile and start over, if you still want to get points for this work experience try to get a self-declaration from a co-worker or supervisor of your duties.

I believe the letter in question was for his past work experience.

Dears,

I have taken multiple times ielts in the same year and both are valid till 2017 septemeber

I got 8 8 6.5 6.5 in septemeber 2015

Then i updated my CRS with the above score

I have taken ielts again in october 2015 in which my score were dropped to 7,7,6.5,6.5

In this case do i need to updated with new score which will effect my CRS by 5 points...

Please and kindly advise me on the above

Really sorry to hear that. Try again in the next draw. Don't use that company's experience, if possible.

Yes, I created another profile and removed that experience so my CRS 446 so it should be okay
thanks
