(EE - ECA) WES Email Response Times

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this (This forum is pretty overwelming for anyone new!)

Can anyone let me know how long you have had to wait for a response from WES for an email? I emailed WES on the 13th and although I had an automated response back from them I haven't actually had an email from a person.

They've rejected my degree transcripts as they think they weren't sent directly by my University, however they actually were. I've spoken to my University and they said they were put in the proper enveloper and stamped with the University stamp on.

I've emailed WES to ask what I need to change to send it again, so its frustrating having to wait.

Do you mean via the webform on the website? I just checked my old emails and it looks like WES responded about 6 days after I contacted them once.

Hi,

I sent them a message via the online form of their website and I got I reply in 2 days. I don't know if it's related but the day I got a response was the same day they were assessing my case.

Did you reply to the email chain informing you they are declining your transcripts? I recall the response I received was signed off by a specific person whom I assume was dealing with my file.

Yes, to clarify it was the online form I filled in to contact WES.

The original email I received that let me know of the rejection of the transcripts was very generic and no 'thread' as such that I could reply on.

I suppose I'll give it a couple more days and hope they come back to me.
