EE did not qualify! Spouse language requirement?

I just submitted my EE profile and was immediately told that I did not qualify. From all of my research I should qualify for FWS. My spouse has not yet taken a language test, could that by why? Please help!

No, her IELTS brings extra points to your application but it is not mandatory.

I have EE profile with no spouse ECA, IELTS or Work Experience. None of that is mandatory for Spouse.

You should pass the eligibility test score of at least 67, which is done on CIC website, after which it will tell you whether you are eligible or not, with a code to be used when creating your profile.

Depends on other factors of your profile. As stated you must meet the pass score of 67 to qualify for FSW. Spouse's IELTS will add 5 points, which will make a huge difference if you are struggling to meet the 67 points.

If you do in fact qualify but your profile was rejected as ineligible, all I can say is there are dozens of possible errors you could have made in filling out your profile. Re-read program requirements and tips on this board, and try again.
