I'm only 436 right now. I'm just waiting for OINP to reopen. I'm really hoping that it will January ???

My score is 473 and I have studied and worked in Ontario since I have been in Canada. Please tell me what should I select in Express Entry Profile question - "Provinces and Territories you consider living in ?"
Since Ontario PNP is closed, I am still hopeful like everyone else that if the gates open, I might be selected from Express Entry pool directly.
If I select all the provinces , then why would a province select me (as it may seem that I am not stable in my selection & not a good candidate as I am willing to move to any province for the sake of getting a nomination [especially if Ontario PNP opens and I have all the provinces selected])?
What would be the most favorable selection that I should do for this section in the profile as of now?

Any chance for us by this year end or may be we should consider going to Canada on 6 months job search visa to get those extra points.
My score is 409...i guess long wait ahead...................... :-[
Kindly note that there is huge difference between CLB8 and CLB 9 scores in IELTS. CLB 9 can fetch you 25+25+8=58 points more than your existing CRS Points with CLB 8 scores.mhbin said:I'm in a situation similar to yours. although there will be no big difference between CLB 8 and 9 point wise, you will have to take it anyway as it will get expired. Try to nail the reading though, as far as I remember it provides the highest score.
Recommend you to appear for IELTS and score CLB 9 scores. This will shoot your CRS score by a lot of points and probably fetch you a direct ITA through rounds of invitation. All the best.newtoexpressentry said:my score is 430 with 8 CLB should I go for 9 CLB as my 2 year mark is coming in Jan

What band did you score in Listening?? If you have scored L 8, R 7, S 7, W 7 then you already have CLB 9 equivalent scores.DiNaV said:Hey, I am CLB 9. Missed the CLB by just 0.5 in listening. Have two questions:-
1) How much points more we can get in CRS if I had CLB10 instead of CLB 9
Not much difference in CRS points when you get CLB 10 over CLB 9
2) Is CLB 10 the highest for language scores that affect CRS?
CLB 9 is the highest which fetches you max. points for skills transfer section.
