I score 406 points due to IELTS. I have L8.5 R7.5 W6.5 S7.0
If I scored 0.5 points more in writing my CRS would be 463.

Yeah, me too ... after including my husband's education and IELTS I am up from 443 to 447 ... hope cut-offs come down a bit in the next 2-3 draws

Yes Buddy, you're right! I just checked the CIC website and it's there!

I have some doubts on creating express entry profile.

If my wife is accompanying me to CANADA, while creating the profile, can i have option to submit her ECA/IELTS after my profile is completely uploaded and CIC assigned some score ?

My plan is i don;t want to do ECA assesment for my wife's degrees now itself, I want to do only after my points are out.

Please clarrify.

Yes. You will get a maximum of 10 points if your spouse's credentials are assessed as Masters/PhD equivalent in Canada.
