hello friends
my score, when I created my profile a month back, was 399. but now I am to upgrade my score to 456. My question is, should I Wait for ITA or look to arrange LMIA or Provincial nomination. Is this score enough to get an ITA in next 2-3 draws?

Regards

Thanks!! I definitely understand how it feels. It's my 6th year living in Canada too and I am in a middle of pursuing a designation now. Even if they just extend my work permit by one more year, I would be able to get the designation and go home without regret. After going through all those fierce competitions, I finally earned myself a good job here. All my efforts will be in vain if I am going to be kicked out from the country. Not to mention how much I have spent here for the college education...This is unfair. Yep let's not lose hope though, Good luck to you too! The only thing we could work on right now is IELTs. My result will be released tomorrow and I will retake it if it is not the top band.

I got my 2nd IELTs back today with an overall band of 8.5-R9 L9 W7.5 S7.5 ! So excited that I boost my points to 444. So Miracles do happen! Always have faith in yourself:)

Hi guys,

I wanted to quickly check how much on an average does CIC take once all the documents are submitted on time for PR.

Thank you for your time in advance.

Cheers

Hi,

My CRS points are coming out to be 412. My IELTS score was (R: 9, L: 8, W: 7.5, S8). My wife is going to give her IELTS in Nov. By how much, my points are going to increase with her giving the exam?

Thanks

My CSR points is 415. Ielts score L8.5 R9.0 S7.0 W6.5.
Taking Ielts again to get CLB 9 in all.

Lowest CRS score till date has been 450 and if you have 456, you will get ITA soon. With regards to LMIA or Provincial nomination, they can go on in parallel while you wait for ITA for based on 456 score. You can always decline PNP nomination and if you get a job, it will be even better as you will land with a job.

All the best

Hi all, I am new to the forum, first post here. I filed for EE and got 399 CRS score. disappointed as I was not hitting the 400 mark. Getting my spouse's education validated by ECA will give me 2 more points. It will however take a month as I have applied for transcripts and should get within this week. Then the time it takes for WES to give ECA. Hoping for PT nomination post addition of 2 points to a score of 401. Don't think the cutoff for ITA will come down below 450 this year, but hoping it does. Cheers!

had 448 and turned 30 last month and lost 5 points. now 443.
i think they will go 350 before december so people dont worry just prepare

Oops. I just learned that points will automatically decrease after birth date. I was hoping that the points at the creation date of EE will hold for the entire year!

Is this confirmed? If so, all the applicants have to lose 5 points at some point of time after creating their EE profile.

The maximum points for Spouse is 40, that includes 20 for IELTS (CLB 9), 10 for level of education and 10 if he/she has canadian experience. However, the principal applicant's points would decrease once you include spousal points, because the maximum in Section A is 500. You'll typically lose about 30 points and your spouse will maximum get 40 (or 30, if no canadian experience), and hence you can calculate the net increase/decrease for your case.

Ideally, your loss and your spouse's gain will balance out.. the big advantage in adding spouse points is that he/she will get PR alongwith the main applicant, if you guys get an ITA. Thats my understanding.

Hi All,

Submitted my profile

My CRS score is 440
