Yeah even am a outlander with June 19 in process.. My ecas on Saturday changed to decision made and today I can see an additional line ( five lines) updated just about an hour ago...

Just wanted to check if any of the outlanders with June 19 process are seeing any such movement?

Lets observe the logic


Any person can get maximum of 481 crs if he is outside Canada. This is practically not achievable because no one can score 136 in IELTS. My score is 133 though. So this means all a person can score being outside Canada is something around 461 practically.

So All rounds which says above crs 461 means no Outsider is selected or just one o 2 are selected from outside Canada.

Now Express Entry Wants to take people who are outside Canada. And all those who are outside canada and getting good crs are between 420 and 470 crs. more being in range of 440 -450. The highest outsiders crs is average 445.

So lets assume an average of 445 is the outsider. So Express Entry scores will be always less than 445 in future. Once the lot of people in Canada has applied than the crs 445 will become benchmark. Which means all those above 400 will always be in hot list in 2016 and mostly all will get ITA above 400.

The above is not true...
some have french language english
many do get full points in IELTS
also some have PhDs

We had 486 points from outside Canada...I think the maximum for outsiders without french language is around 498 or something...

I scored 136 for language and had 465 points as an outland applicant. I have a friend who scored 462 with a spouse and another who got 474 with a spouse. All of us are outlanders and we all got the maximum points for language.
