Educational Credential Assessment

Hi Everyone
Need your expert opinion. I want to apply for EE, and for this I have started process for my educational credential assessment and selected WES for my ECA. I am trying to apply and register myself on WES site but unable to do.
My qualification is;
Secondary School
Higher Secondary School
Bachelors of Arts (02 years)
Then I did 03 three masters in different disciplines, and each of them is two years duration. Two Masters are from Pakistan and one from Australia.
So altogether I have 06 educational credentials which I want to get assessed from WES.
Now problem is that it don't allow me to enter detail of all my educational credentials. After 05, it don't add one more to enter my 6th degree.
Please guide me, What to do?
I require an early response.

Hi Fairytale,

You don't need to get your secondary school certificates assessed. Just undergraduate and post graduate degrees are enough.

I have done my Bachelors in Technology (4 years). The marksheets and degree cert of this degree is the only thing I got assessed.

But its mentioned on their website that I need to send my secondary and higher secondary school certificates directly from my concerned board.

Amit this side...Two days back I sought clarification regarding WES procedure, I have one more doubt now...

Kindly clarify, do I need to mention the WES Reference No. on all the marks sheets(Bachelor And Master) before getting them attested by the university? Or is it fine if I just write the WES Reference No. on the sealed envelope containing attested marks sheets and transcript request form issued by the university.

Plz help asap...

I didn't mention the reference number on each sheet. I simply mentioned it on the sealed envelope. That should be enough

I chose International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS) for my Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).

So far, I have not seen anyone use them for their assessment even though it is one of the accredited institutions.

Advice. I am a little anxious since I have already made payments and sent documents.

Diploma 1 year program as
Canadian Equivalency: Completion of second undergraduate major

now what is Equivalence in EE profile ?
below option i have

University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level
University degree at the Master's level
Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
Bachelor's degree or other programs (three or more years) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
One-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

Hi Esi,

They are good too. While WES processes requests faster, I have heard that ICAS does a more meticulous and better assessment of transcripts.

I have got only my Engineering transcripts assessed by WES.

Their site clearly states
" If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you apply through WES, there's a field where it states which documents are necessary depending on your country.

Hey I have a doubt.... I know someone already answered my question and I'm not saying he's wrong, but I'd like to hear other opinions on this matter:

I sent two credentials to WES:
B. S - Computer Systems Engineering
Diploma 3year - Computer Systems Administration

on the top of the report it only says, Bachelor's Degree 4 years.



Now, my question is, on my EE App should I put 1 post- secondary credential?
or 2 or more, one of them in a bachelors degree?


As you know, this made add up 25 or more points to my entry.
