Can anyone tell what is the general procedure for getting Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for FSW ?

There is WES and other regulatory authority . Under which to apply ?

DO we need transcripts from University too ?

This matter has been discussed a lot of times within this forum. Try using the Search box.

ECA procedures and requirements are country-specific. You should check with their website to find out what steps have to be undertaken and what documents have to be prepared and sent. Personally I used WES as their requirements did not include going to the University for any documents/approvals. I went to the authorized educational organization instead which was indicated as the only way to confirm my degree in Russia. It took some time to get the response from them, but still I had nothing to do with the University itself. Then I had their response officially translated (along with the photocopy of my diploma and supplementary/mark sheet) and sent it to WES.
