education Loan.

Hi,

Today SBI rejected my loan application by saying that we do not provide education loan against FD. You will have to take loan against property and it will require 16 more days. I dont have that much time as i am going for Jan 2012 session. I want to apply till 1st DEc all my docs are ready but loan is pending.
So can anyone tell me which bank provides loan fast against FD(may be within 2 days) for ontario graduate certificate course and it does not required the account in that bank for last 6 months.

Do they require account in the bank? Becoz' Indian overseas bank told me that you should have previous account in our bank.

Union bank of india gives loan against FD within how many days? Have u taken the loan from this bank?
