Get it evaluated from WES in Canada and then apply for Express Entry to score the points...!!PR4CAN said:

1. Fillup the online form for getting your transcripts.
2. Fillup the online form for getting the attestations done for your all semister statement of marks.
3. Pay the fees and get these documents in a sealed envelope from the university.
Courier them to WES, who will grant you a ECA degree for your Bsc Computer science degree.

ok let me give you some more information.
FOR Applying for EE you need you get ur degree equivalent Credential Assesment report for authorised centers in canada.
first thing is to register with WES as they are the best and fastest guys who grant the ECA.
once you register urself on wes, you need to collect all your degree certificates e.g passing cert, convocation cert statement of marks for final year all semister and take copies along with the original to your university.
tell them u want to get transcripts for ur bachelors degree.
Transcript has to be done for only the final year consolidated marksheet which has all semisters marks on them.
Along with this you also need to get attestation done for all of the above document copies from the university.
U need to submit the wes letter.
This form u will get from the wes website after you create and submit your profile.
payment for eca with wes is aroung $285-290
The university will give you attested copies of your documents immediately.
However the transcripts can take a while.
Depends on your university how long they take, some places its done immediately.
My UNIVERSITY which was Pune university took 90 days to give me the transcripts.
Once you get these you need to courier them to WES canada once they recieve these they will access your documents and give you a equivalent degree relevent in canada.
