Education/eligibility issue - help (senior members particularly) !!!!!

Yes.. as I check it now, my visa office (London) doesn't require either. It says about the post-secondary diplomas and degrees only (along with original transcripts).

I have been wondering lately, thought i should ask you here now (sorry for bombarding with so many questions) but the way you guys have evaluated and suggested the points above, has it been this way too before feb. 2008 or is there now more strictness in calculating the points under this new law?

It was like that before as well. Nothing has actually changed in the point system since the changes in 2003.
However, since Feb2008, the requirement with regards to the NOC changed according to the new Ministerial Instructions - the so called "Magic 38" List.
