Hi All,
I am completing my initial express entry application. There it asks me to select the level of education based on the ECA report.
I have evaluated both my Masters and Bachelors degree.
For Bachelors:
ECA report - Canadian Equivalency - Bachelors degree (4 Years)
So i selected the option Bachelor’s degree or other programs (three or more years) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
For Masters:
ECA report - Canadian Equivalency - Post graduate diploma
According to the cic website i should select "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees." but I cant see that option in the list for me. please advice:
I tried calling the customer helpline but I am not able to talk to the agent.
Please advice how should i proceed.
