Education Credential assesment

Hi everyone, I have a master degree from Canadian University and Bachelor from outside Canada. I am kind of confused here...should I do credential assessment for bachelor degree if I am applying for express entry? Please let me know as I am planning on getting into the pool soon .
And is there a police certificate required for my stay in Canada https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/?

The reference number comes with the doc they give you when the evaluation is complete. This is what you will update your application with (if you create one beforehand).

I used WES, which was fast (done in 16 days) and fully digital. This was great for me because my university was on the other side of the world and I didn't really want to pay and wait for the snail mailed papers to reach WES. IRCC will also receive the evaluation results from WES separately to validate the ECA reference number you provided with your application. Not sure how that compares to UT's service though.
