Education and Employment Details in CIC Profile

Hi,

I am in the early stages of my Express Entry application, please advise on below points;

1. Education: I am only a graduate and have already sent my Degree transcripts to WES, in my CIC profile, do I need to add my high school information as well or only the Degree information is sufficient ?

2. Employment: I have worked in 2 different cos. and had promotions in both. Do I need to add all my designations or only the last position held is required on the profile ?

Lastly, just an add-on query, my CIC profile states completed even if my WES evaluation is currently is progress, should I submit the application and update it later or should wait for the certificate ?

Even if you submit your application now they will message you that your profile is ineligible...so wait for the wes evaluation report

I dint mention my schooling details..only details of my graduation i have mentioned...and work experience i too have worked at two places and i have mentioned both..
though if you want you may mention your schooling details as well ..

But if I have multiple position in the SAME co., ex Business Analyst and Sr. Business Analyst, so do I need to mention both ?

Your employment letter should include all positions held, yes.

See IRCC requirements below:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),

should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and

if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

Did you guys get your PR? I am wondering whether to include High School in for too, but not sure how many years to put. Also whether it is a good idea now that I have an ITA without the information actually included in my EE profile. Help will be useful.
