How is the job market in Edmonton at the moment? Hope all goes well when we arrive there by first week of August. Job hunting is my major concern at the moment. Having a job after landing like 2 weeks to a month will be awesome and everything will just fall into places aye.

Dear SanRoque,

To my perception and experience it really varies individually, as many of my friend who arrived and got survival jobs with in weeks and almost all got jobs in their professions in two to three months. So stay positive and do networking after arriving, Must go to your community centres, e.g. Mosques, Temples, Churches and Jamat khanas etc., So that you may start from there, In most cases you get lots of references and start net working from this places.. You will get what ever you strive for. Best of Luck.
