seemingly your case officer has not updated your portal account, or sent you the ecopr confirmation email before that.
the frustrating issue happened to my ex-coworker. He had his account updated the next day as long as I recall it.

Did you go to your portal > PR Confirmation tab and SCROLL ALL THE WAY to the bottom?

Hi [B]CamilaCOL[/B] I am also waiting for my eCOPR. You have mentioned that you messaged IRCC and they replied. Can you please let me know how you reached out to them via email etc.? If yes, whats the email you used to reachout.
