I have received eCOPR on February 2nd from Calgary.

Heard today, people from November are still waiting from same office, its either the department is shut or no personnel handling the pr card processing at Calgary Office. As I was told the issue was from Calgary office by an agent of IRCC.

I got the Portal 2 e-mail on February 1st, i uploaded the photo on the same day.

No updates yet, i heard they are slow with their processing, there are people with December eCOPR who didn't get their cards yet from Calgary.

The same VO that issues ECOPR is responsible for the creation of the card?
