Same here. 4 weeks since I have submitted my InCanada declaration, photo and address.

Same for me, almost 4 weeks after submitting photo and address and they are still on review with IRCC

We have linked our PR Card application to GCKey. Our card has not been dispatched yet.

Did you get a notification email stating that your eCOPR is available for download or you have got to know by checking the portal?

I got an email that eCOPR is available and I checked the portal after the email. I could see it at the bottom of the page and I can download it.
