eCOPR to PR Card Calgary Office

Just received PR Card in the mail. Even though our copr was from Calgary VO, our PR Card came from Sydney NS.
Decision Made/Portal Invite : August 29
Portal credentials : August 30
Portal info submission : August 31
COPR : September 13
PR Card : October 7

I've never heard of that happening. eCOPR is necessary to have even if you receive your pr card. If you do the virtual landing thru the confirmation portal, you will get a link to download your eCOPR. This happens after the declaration and address have been accepted.
That would be a big inconvenience because you need eCOPR/COPR if you wish to apply for citizenship one day.
True! Even I am having the same view. But how long will it take to get our declaration accepted in PR portal. Reason being, its been more than 15 days since I have submitted the declaration and updated my residential address in Canada and uploaded my photo. I have seen some of them have got the eCOPR immediately right after their acceptance. Is it based on any criteria?
True. But I am not sure about that message that I have read or may be I have understood something wrong.

In our case, photo stayed in review until my PR Card had been dispatched.
You can link your PR Card application on GCKey to see when they dispatch the card.
Same here. 4 weeks since I have submitted my InCanada declaration, photo and address.I haven't received mine yet((((
