ECOPR: Do not get ECOPR

Hi everyone,
We are family of 3 people, got updates on our CIC account with ECOPR's number, time valid and expired on Aug 1, 2024. Anyway, we cannot download ECOPR on our PR portal. Normally, will they send them via email or via PR Portal? Will I need to contact IRCC regarding to this or just wait for few more days?

Did you get any email(e.g. portal 1, 2) so far? If you don't know what these emails are, search the forum a bit. You won't get an eCoPR without portal 1 and 2.
