Sorry I couldn't get your question precisely, but I haven't gotten anything by mail from IRCC, since almost all correspondence is being made online, just PR cards would come through mail. Besides I linked my PR card application with gckey, and it shows in process since the day I linked it, no progress. VOA Etobicoke.

It’s look like after issuing eCOPR from Etobicoke they didn’t process the final procedure I am also waiting

I got my ecopr on Jan 15. still waiting for pr card. On gckeys, it said received by Jan 15, but nothing updated since then.. I've heard my friend who got ecopr one week later than me already received her card 6 days ago..

I think the way we all got our P1, P2 and ecopr together, similar we all will get the PR card the same time, I'm hoping soon these to come as almost 4 weeks been past, and 6 weeks time frame is given by them

How to know which VO will proceed my ECOPR?
