When did you submit your PR application? Paper or online?
If you have received an AOR from IRCC, it means they have started processing your application. Therefore, you can link your existing PR application to your Gckey account.

My timeline so far:
January 10 2024 application date
April 4th biometrics
May 23 2024 approval in principle received for PR pending medical request from IRCC
June 18th IRCC sent medical request
July 3rd medical performed
August 5th request to confirm address (via email)
September 16th request to confirm address, name and few other details (via email)
September 27th portal access granted - uploaded photo and confirmed presence in Canada same day
eCOPR - October 16th
PR Card - Pending

Gc key tells you..how much percentage..data submitted to end data..final decision made on this date is important...after that p1 and p2 mail ..then ecopr and pr card by mail..am waiting for ecopr

Gckey update/profile Nov 19 2024. We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.

Hi everyone, I received my first email on November 15, where they asked for some basic information and mentioned that I should wait for an invitation to join the second portal. • Claim approved: September 2022
• PR card application submitted: September 2022
• October 8, 2024: Update on portal (Decision made)
• October 15, 2024: Received the first email requesting basic information.

This is part of the email they sent. As you can see, they are talking about an invitation:

“Once we receive your reply with the requested information, we’ll create a case in the
Permanent Residence Portal for you and your family members (if applicable). Once the case is
created in the portal, you’ll receive an invitation from: IRCC PR Portal/Portail RP
IRCC<IRCC.DoNotReply-NePasRepondre.IRCC@prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca> to login to the
portal and complete the steps. If you didn’t get our email, check your junk mail or spam folder”
