Hi all,

I have a question about ecas. I got my AOR, and I could also register for the tracker. I got 2 ghost updates in the tracker, but nothing changed. However, when I check my application using my UCI in the ecas tool, it says the application has not been found. I have seen in many cases that it takes time to sync up once you get your AOR, but I got my AOR on 18-Mar, and since then, the application has not been available in the ecas tool. Do you know if this is normal?

I tried UCI and the application number, but it did not work

I have the same issue, I received AOR on 3rd Feb but still I don't see my file on ECAS.

Yes I have updates on tracker

I have the same issue. The tracker works, I got an AOR email, but I can't register here. I tried PR card ID, client ID, and case number.
