Hi,

I have applied for immigration under PNP(AINP). My E-Cas status says decision made, but I wasn't asked to submit my and my wifes passport.

My application status got changed to Decision Made on June 10, 2013. I am currently living in Canada and applied with CPP-Ottawa immigration pilot.

can somebody please tell me if its normal that they dont ask for passport until after decision is made on application.

I know there is an immigration strike going on at the moment, but i am not too sure how long it will take them to contact us with a decision on my application.

Please help!!

Here is my Ecas status:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 22, 2012.

We started processing your application on April 29,2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Thanks

I guess it makes sense that you write an email to visa office asking status of your application. I am not sure ow long would it take for them to reply but its better to send them email rather you wait and watch...Good luck !

You should order GCMS notes asap. That will tell you visa stamp date, if that date is due, take a print screen, send to ottawa and ask them why u haven't receive any correspondence till yet.

Also, it wil take a month to get notes, so you can email to CPP ottawa in the meanwhile.

Hope this help/

Follow this, n make sure either you choose access to information or privacy act one... if you are inside canada, you will choose the one which has no fees, the other one has $5 fee.
