ECAS question

Hello everyone,

I have a question! I only have access to ECAS bcz I hired a lawyer and the immigration requested additional documents and I already sent it... they will updated on ECAS saying they received or not?

Bcz for the medical exams they put the information that they received it...

They will update within a week
I sent requested documents 2 weeks ago still they didnt update.call center told me it’s received but they will update it soon

They dont update on ecase
Try to use phone system and follow the instructions you will hear automatic system that they need additional documents or it’s been uploaded

Thanks... unfortunally I'm the PA and I'm outside of Canada so I can't use the phone system...
also, I already sent the additional
Documents by mail.

I confirm that they don’t update ecas for additional documents. I sent ours and we were able to confirm later on that our documents were received (when the mp called at 12 months)

also, I already sent the additional
Documents by mail.

You are still able to contact them even outside of Canada using their local phone number it’s 1-613-944-4000 follow the prompts and you’ll be able to hear what is on the gckey through an automated message
