eCAS and UCI

Hey everyone,

I'm sponsoring my wife and have been able to check ecas using my info and the UCI but we haven't been able to log into it from her name/date of birth plus the same UCI. Should she have a different one? Can you only check from one person's info? What does this mean? Asking so she can change her mailing address to my canadian address while visiting.

The sponsor and applicant get different UCI's, so using your UCI with your wife's details won't work.

You should be able to use the application number that was on the sponsor approval letter along with her details though.

Thank you! That worked. But it wont' let me change the address. Anyone know how to do that part?

You need to send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with your details and the address change
